Subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel your upcoming subscription renewals at any time and not be charged for the next billing cycle (steps listed here.)
If you believe that you are due a refund for your subscription, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Moxie reserves the right to approve or deny a user refund requests at its sole discretion.
