Overview

Yes, you can subscribe to your instructors!

On Moxie, instructors can offer various, unique monthly subscription offerings. Once subscribed, you can quickly reserve your seat or unlock an On-Demand class with one click.

Depending on the subscription offering, subscribers can attend any of the instructor’s Livestream, In-Person, or On-Demand classes on Moxie as long as their subscription is active.

When will my subscription renew?

On Moxcie, the subscription period begins on the first of each calendar month and auto-renews at 3 pm EST on the last day of the month unless canceled.

What if I buy a subscription after the first day of the month?

At checkout, you can choose to either activate your subscription immediately or wait until the next first of the month. If you purchase a monthly subscription after the first day of the month and choose to activate on day of purchase, you will be charged a pro-rated amount covering the purchase date to the last day of the month.

Do I need to pay additionally if I want to reserve a class outside of my subscription period?

Once subscribed - no you can reserve any future class included in your subscription for no additional charge. If you cancel your subscription, any future reservations will be canceled once the subscription ends.

Do I need to pay additionally if I want to reserve a class outside of my subscription's offerings?

Moxie instructors can choose which classes are included in each subscription. If you want to attend a class that isn’t covered by your subscription (say, an In-person class when your subscription only includes Livestream classes), you would need to pay the drop-in rate for that session. Connect with your instructor prior to purchasing any subscription to make sure you understand what is included in the offer.

Can I purchase a subscription in the Moxie app?

Currently, subscriptions can only be purchased on the browser. To purchase any membership option directly to your instructor head to moxie.xyz in your browser (we recommend Google Chrome for best user experience) and then navigate to the Membership tab on your instructor's profile. 

Once purchased, your subscription will be automatically available to you to use to reserve classes from within the app. 


Do I get a refund if I cancel my subscription?

  • If your subscription is currently active: No. Canceling a purchased subscription will only stop the upcoming renewals. Please note, subscriptions are non-refundable.

  • If your subscription starts in the future: Yes. You will receive Moxie credits which you can use towards a new subscription or paid class.
