Subscription Plans Cancellations by Instructor

If an instructor cancels a subscription plan, purchasers will automatically be issued pro-rated Moxie Credits for the remainder of the current billing period, and not be charged for any additional billing cycles. Moxie Credits can be used to purchase Paid Classes.

Class Cancellations by Instructor

Drop-ins. If an instructor cancels a class before it starts, the amount already paid by drop-in attendees will be reversed from the Instructor’s account and returned as Moxie Credits to each drop-in purchaser. Moxie Credits can be used to purchase Paid Classes. Though we don’t plan to do this often, Moxie reserves the right to terminate an Instructor account for excessive cancelations of classes, among other reasons.

No Shows by Instructor

Drop-ins. If an instructor does not show up for the class within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time, it is treated as a cancellation and the amount already paid by drop-in attendees will be reversed from the Instructor’s account and returned as Moxie Credits to each purchaser. Moxie Credits can be used to purchase Paid Classes.

Cancellations by Attendees

Attendees can cancel Paid Group Class bookings up to 12 hours before the scheduled start of the class. Paid Private Sessions must be cancelled outside of 24 hours before the scheduled start of the class.

Drop-ins. If a drop-in attendee cancels a paid booking within the allowable times, they will automatically receive Moxie Credits. Moxie Credits can be used to purchase Paid Classes.

If a drop-in attendee does not cancel the booking within the allowable time and misses the class, their payment is forfeited to the Instructor.

Subscriptions. If a subscriber cancels their booking or does not show up for their booked class, it has no impact on their subscription.

Flex Pay classes. Flex Pay classes can be cancelled 30 minutes before the class start.

No Shows by Attendees

If an attendee does not show up for a class within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, they will not be able to enter the class, and automatically forfeit their payment.

Refunds

Moxie issues Moxie Credits by default to resolve customer service issues.

Flex Pay

Flex Pay one-time payments are non-refundable.

Subscriptions
