To manage your subscriptions

  1. Click your name in the top right corner (3 horizontal lines on mobile.)

  2. Click My Subscriptions.

  3. Click CANCEL beneath the subscription you’d like to cancel.

    Please note: Currently, when canceling on mobile, once on the My Subscriptions page, you will need to turn your phone to landscape mode in order to generate the CANCEL button.

You can also cancel your subscriptions directly from the instructors Subscription tab on their Moxie profile page.

Once cancelled, your subscription will expire at the end of the billing cycle, and you will not be charged again. You can still reserve and attend classes for the subscription period you have paid for.
