How do I cancel a subscription?

How to cancel your upcoming subscription renewals. 

To manage your subscriptions please log in to your Moxie account from moxie.xyz/login

Once logged in...

  1. Click your name in the top right corner (3 horizontal lines on mobile.)

  2. Click My Memberships.

  3. Click CANCEL beneath the membership you’d like to cancel.

You can also cancel your subscription directly from the instructor's Membership tab on their Moxie profile page.

Once cancelled, your subscription will expire at the end of the billing cycle and you will not be charged again. You can still reserve and attend classes for the membership period you have paid for.
