What is the refund policy for class cancelations by attendees?

Moxie's refund policy for attendee class cancelations.

Attendees can cancel their class reservations up to 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of the class.

 

For drop-in attendees. If a drop-in attendee cancels a paid reservation within the allowable time, they will automatically receive Moxie credits. If they do not cancel the reservation within the allowable time and miss their class, their payment is forfeited to the instructor.

For package holders. If an attendee reserved class with a pass and canceled the reservation within the allowable time, they will receive the pass back. If they do not cancel in time, their pass is not returned and the instructor would be paid out as normal.

For subscribers. If a subscriber cancels their reservation or does not show up for their reserved class, it has no impact on their subscription.

For Moxie Pass members. If a Moxie Pass member cancels their reservation within the allowable time, they will receive their tickets back. If they do not cancel in time, their tickets will not be returned and the instructor would be paid out as normal.
