Will I be refunded if my paid class is canceled?

Moxie’s refund policy for canceled and rescheduled classes. 

For drop-in students, if your instructor cancels or does not show up for the class you will automatically receive Moxie credits. Moxie credits can be used to reserve paid classes or purchase any membership type with any instructor on Moxie.

If the instructor changes the class time, you will be notified via email and will have a chance to cancel your reservation and receive Moxie credits.

If you have an active subscription to the instructor, and your class is canceled, no action is taken, you will not receive Moxie credits.

If you have an active class package, your class pass will be returned to your account.
